Returns

You may return unused products within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • It must be in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return once opened, including:

  • Sleep masks

  • Earplugs

  • Nose strips

unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and order details.

We will arrange:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
